Fed Ex:    We use regular Fed Ex unless you notify to use 1st or 2nd day delivery parcel post

We calculate shipping charges using current Fed Ex or parcel post rater.  If taxes are incurred they will be included under the tax line. 



If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can receive partial and/or full credit within 30 days after purchase by sending an email to customerservice@docsautoparts.com.  (Please include your order number, part number(s) and reason for the return).  We do not accept responsibility of any costs exceeding the cost of the part.  Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.  Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within five business days.  Once a refund is issued, a confirmation email will be sent.  The address to utilize for returns is:  525 E.
